1. 100% Risk-Free Guarantee  (Founders Circle)We are committed to your satisfaction and trust. - Pre-Shipping Cancellation: If you change your mind at any time while waiting for your physical kit to ship, you may request a full refund. - Post-Arrival Guarantee: Once you receive the kit, you have 14 days to inspect the materials. If you are not satisfied, you may return the kit (in new condition) for a full refund.

 

​2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, simply email our support team at support@elmannlp.com with your order number. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.

3. Physical Kit Returns
If you have already received the physical training kit (5.5kg box), you may be required to return it in its original condition to complete the refund process. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
