We are committed to your satisfaction. You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your purchase date. After this 14-day window, your order is considered final as funds are allocated to the manufacturing of your personalized kit, and no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.

 

​2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, simply email our support team at support@elmannlp.com with your order number. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.

3. Physical Kit Returns
If you have already received the physical training kit (5.5kg box), you may be required to return it in its original condition to complete the refund process. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
