1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website and purchasing our courses, where you learn NLP and hypnosis together, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
2. Intellectual Property
All content provided on this website, including the Dave Elman Induction protocols, advanced NLP course videos, and written materials, is the intellectual property of The Elman NLP Center and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use our website and course materials only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from sharing your login credentials with others.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Elman NLP Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or materials.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel and/or the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
6. . PRE-ORDER & DIGITAL ACCESS TERMS
By securing a First Edition Pre-Order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
a. Pre-Order Status: You understand that the physical portion of the training (the kit) is a pre-order item currently in production. It is estimated to ship in approximately 3 months, subject to manufacturing schedules.
b. Immediate Digital Utility: You acknowledge that the immediate value of the purchase is provided via instant access to the Digital Campus, allowing you to commence the training process immediately without waiting for the physical shipment.
c. Academic Requirements & Certification: Enrollment does not guarantee certification. You will be certified exclusively by The Elman NLP Center. While the physical certification documents are included in your kit, they remain unverified and hold no professional or academic validity. The three credentials (Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Certified NLP Master Practitioner, and International Fellow) are strictly earned. Full professional validity is granted only upon the successful completion of all coursework, practical assignments, and final evaluation by our Board of Examiners, at which point you will be officially recorded in our international registry and issued an Official Registration Number to complete your diplomas..
