​1. Pre-Order & Processing Time

Please note: The physical kit is a pre-order item and is currently in exclusive production.

  • Digital Access: You will receive immediate access to the online portal upon purchase.

  • Physical Kit Shipping: The physical kits are estimated to ship approximately 3 months from the close of the cohort enrollment, subject to final production schedules.

  • Updates: We will keep you informed via email regarding the production status and estimated shipping timeline of your kit.

​​We are pleased to offer FREE Worldwide Shipping for all pre-orders (a $50+ value). Whether you are in the US, Europe, or Israel, we cover the shipping costs to deliver the massive 7kg training kit directly to your door.​

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

4. Customs, Duties, and TaxesThe Elman NLP Center is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
