​1. Founders Circle Pre-Order & Processing Time
Please note: The "Founders Circle" Certification Kit is a pre-order item.
These comprehensive kits (5.5kg) are currently in exclusive production.

- Digital Access: You will receive immediate access to the online portal upon purchase.
- Physical Kit Shipping: The physical kits are estimated to ship approximately 3 months from the close of the cohort enrollment.
- Updates: We will keep you informed via email regarding the production status and exact shipping date of your kit.

2. Shipping Rates

We are pleased to offer FREE Worldwide Shipping for all Founders Circle members (a $50+ value). Whether you are in the US, Europe, or Israel, we cover the shipping costs to deliver the 5.5kg kit directly to your door.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The Elman Institute is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
